REVIEW:To Kate: Sorry for the late review.
I watched the movie, a week after the show date. I do not typically watch comedy genre on film anymore, lately it has been so rare to find something to watch that is truly funny but Hang Over kind of changed that perspective. I was not even going to watch this movie, but I heard so many commentary about it, that I have to watch it for myself.
They said it was almost as funny as the Hang Over. It's a bunch of b.s it was no where near the hang over. Sure the whole premise and the way the two douchebags acted (Rick & Fred) were laughable. I am not too sure about the acting. Maybe its because I am not the fan of Owen Wilson. The really funny moments were the first day of their hall pass, wherein they try to meet some ladies in Applebee's then later on concluded that Chili's would have been a much better choice. The scene where Owen fell asleep in the hot tub the the African-American man's private was right in his face was hilarious. Maybe I was too shocked that they actually showed it on film. But really other than that there wasn't anything special at all. Which proves that I should have never watched this on the big screen.
